Use a measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler to measure around your wrist.

Ensure the measurement is firm, but not tight, then add 1cm. Left and right wrist sizes may vary, so be sure to measure the wrist you intend to wear your bracelet on.

Once you have your wrist measurement, simply select the wrist measurement option from the dropdown list on your chosen product.

This will provide enough room to secure the clasp and turn over the ID without removing the bracelet.

Don't use rough sponges or abrasive cleaners to prevent scratches.
Silver cleaning solutions work best and are great for the chain and clasp. They'll keep your ID looking gorgeous.

Tarnishing:
‍With time, your sterling silver might develop a gentle tarnish. This can happen from things like perfume, lotion, or acidic skin. If you have diabetes or use anticoagulants, you might notice a bit more tarnish. Remember, it's natural. With good care, your silver items will keep shining.

Warranty

All MedicAlert® Products are warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for 12 months on and from the date of purchase. Ensuring product safety parts are kept closed and remain functional is the responsibility of the Member. This warranty does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

The durability of all products can be impacted by contact with the body chemistry of some people and the coarseness or unnatural nature of some environments to which a product is exposed. These matters are outside of the control of the Foundation and accordingly this warranty does not cover:

ordinary wear and tear;
tarnishing or scratching of the emblem, chain and safety parts;
damage resulting from misuse, accidental handling or loss of any kind;
metal wear and tear which reduces the visibility of custom engraving, after one year;
changing your mind following purchase; and
damage to safety parts intended to release and protect from bodily injury.
