MedicAlert® Foundation is a non-profit essential service charitable organisation that provides lifesaving medical emergency information services for people with allergies, disabilities, and other life-long health conditions.
What we do
MedicAlert® Foundation is more than a bracelet. We securely store our members’ medical information and make it accessible to first responders in emergency situations.
When our members can’t speak for themselves, and when the speed of response is imperative, MedicAlert® Foundation saves lives.

We can identify and speak for you in an emergency.
Carers & Guardians
We help carers and guardians of members by providing them with access to their family member's medical information, enhancing their ability to provide proper care.

Patient Vitals Service
$6.40
/month (min. 12 month period, available to current enrolled members only)
Our primary membership plan offers you the flexibility to choose the billing cycle that best suits your needs.
Advanced Protection Service
$7.40
/month (min. 12 month period, available to current enrolled members only)
An upgrade to the Vitals plan enables you to store, and emergency services to access, your electronic legal documents such as Advance Directive, Enduring Power of Attorney, or Emergency Medical Action Plan.
