We have now launched our new Medical Alerting Clinical Management Member portal. We encourage all members to login to our portal using your My Health Account Login. You will be able to view, update your emergency & personal contact details, order a new Medical ID or pay your annual fee. You can also view your health information to ensure it is up to date.
As of the 1st of August, we have changed our Annual Review Notices. We have been successful in supporting members impacted by the cost-of-living crisis and have provided over $470,000 in fee waivers and unpaid fee write-offs. We are now giving members the option to pay monthly at a ow cost of $6.40 per month. If this is something you are interested in select the option on your annual review.
